Religio: Jurnal Studi Agama-agama (RJSAA) publishes articles on religious studies from various perspectives, covering both literary and fieldwork studies. The journal puts emphasis on aspects related to religious studies, especially in Indonesian and Southeast Asian context, with special reference to culture, society, history, and doctrines.

Religio emphasizes on research papers in the field of 1) sociology of religion, 2) anthropology of religion, 3) history of religion, 4) world religions, and 5) indigenous religions. Interdisciplinary studies may include the studies of religion in the fields of anthropology, sociology, and other cultural studies. Academics from any countries who are interested in these topics are cordially invited to submit their article to Religio and to use this open-access journal. Novelty and recency of issues, however, are the priority in publishing.
